ST. CHRISTOPHER’S CHILDREN
The burdens endured by many children in our community are difficult to comprehend. These “shadow children,” unseen until a crisis occurs, are St. Christopher’s Children. They range in age from newly born to high school seniors. Founded on December 4, 2007, St. Christopher’s Children Inc., a community-based, all-volunteer, nonprofit organization, purchases clothing for these needy children and refers them to medical professionals for dental, vision, hearing and other care when no one else is there.
PROTECTING OUR KIDS’ PRIVACY
To protect the dignity and privacy of the kids and families we help:
• Our volunteers are forbidden to meet with them
• Kids we help are never photographed.
